Terms & Conditions

A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been completed securely through Stripe. Until payment is completed, selected dates may remain available to other guests.

The exact address, check-in details, parking guidance, and arrival instructions are shared after booking confirmation or before arrival once final details are configured.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. If a booking is made through an external platform, that platform may apply its own cancellation and payment rules.

The home may only be used by the guests included on the confirmed booking. Additional overnight guests, parties, and events are not permitted unless agreed in writing in advance.

Guests are asked to respect the restored character of the home and the residential nature of the neighbourhood.

Malta eco contribution may apply according to local regulations. Where required, this may be collected separately or handled according to the booking channel used.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing before booking.

Please keep noise to a considerate level, especially in the evening and early morning, and respect neighbouring homes and shared streets.

Furniture, fittings, appliances, limestone features, and restored details should be treated with care.

Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear.

Casa Maria Goretti is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or disruption except where required by Maltese law. Guests should use stairs, appliances, and household equipment responsibly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute will be handled under Maltese jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
